Yoga for tennis players is a specific yoga form developed to improve the game for professional players. It is designed to help focus, calm and presence on court, and to increase body awareness, active flexibility, balance and outer range strength.
Yoga for tennis players was created by Victoria Veres, an experienced international yoga teacher and avid tennis player with a background as a writer, editor and development economics expert.
She has worked extensively and very closely with top players on the ATP and WTA tour for a long time, and cooperates since many years with Mouratoglou Tennis Academy, leading the yoga program for their young professional players.
